3. Services

The Platform offers the sale of digital products such as game e-pin codes, in-game currencies, gift cards, CD keys/activation codes and subscription codes; a marketplace where verified Marketplace Sellers can publish listings; the Balance (Wallet) service; and the Sell to Us service.

Most products are delivered instantly after payment approval; some are delivered manually by the Marketplace Seller. Details are in the Delivery Terms.

4. General Rules of Use

  • The Platform may be used only for lawful purposes and for personal use.
  • Users must provide accurate information in account and order transactions.
  • Purchased codes and products must be used in accordance with the relevant publisher’s terms (region, platform, age limit, etc.). The Buyer is responsible for checking the region and platform information on the product page.
  • For in-game top-ups, the Buyer is responsible for entering the player ID, server and username correctly.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of the account, cancellation of orders and legal action where necessary:

  • Using another person’s payment instrument, identity or account without permission; transacting with a stolen card.
  • Filing an unjustified chargeback or disputing payment for a product already received.
  • Software, bots, automated data collection (scraping) or attacks that threaten the Platform’s security.
  • Listing, or offering through Sell to Us, products that were obtained unlawfully, stolen or in breach of publisher rules.
  • Redirecting to off-Platform payment or communication to bypass the Platform’s protection.
  • Posting misleading, insulting or obscene reviews, questions or listings, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Transactions that facilitate money laundering, fraud or any other offence.

6. Prices and Product Information

Product prices are shown in Turkish lira or the currency indicated on the payment page, including taxes. Prices of in-game currencies and some digital products may change with publisher prices and exchange rates; the price binding on the Buyer is the one shown on the payment page at the time of the order.

In case of an obvious and manifest price or stock error, the Service Provider may cancel the order before the product is delivered; in that case the full amount paid is refunded immediately.

7. User Content

The person who posts reviews, questions, answers and listings is responsible for that content. As a hosting provider under Law No. 5651, the Service Provider is not obliged to review such content in advance, but removes content reported or found to be unlawful.

Reports of unlawful content can be made via the e-mail address info@oyununadresi.com, the phone number +90 536 584 2617 or the form on the Contact page and live support.

8. Security and Fraud Prevention

Bank transfer (havale/EFT/FAST) payments are accepted only from bank accounts in the Member’s own name; the sending account holder’s name must match the first and last name on the Member’s profile. Payments sent from third parties’ accounts are refused and returned to the sending account. To protect the Buyer, the Service Provider may hold orders for a security review before delivery and request identity verification. If verification cannot be completed, the order is cancelled and the payment is refunded only to the account it was paid from.

9. Third-Party Services

At launch, payments are taken by bank transfer (havale/EFT/FAST) into the Service Provider’s own accounts at banks in Türkiye; card payments are not offered. If card payments are offered in the future, card details will be processed on licensed payment institutions’ secure pages and not stored by the Service Provider. Live support is provided by Crisp (Crisp IM SAS), depending on your cookie preference. The terms and privacy policies of these services also apply.

For bank transfers (havale/EFT/FAST), the sending fees charged by the Buyer’s bank are borne by the Buyer; the amount shown on the payment page must reach the Seller’s account in full. For refunds to a bank account made at the Buyer’s request (e.g. a refund of an unused Balance top-up) and for the return of payments sent against the rules (from a third party’s account, for an expired or cancelled order, for a different amount or without the payment code) to the sending account, the bank fee for the refund transfer is passed on to the Buyer and deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount is sent. Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product is defective, or the order is cancelled or cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the Seller, the refund is made in full without any additional cost to the Buyer, as required by law.

10. Changes to the Service and Outages

The Service Provider may temporarily restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, security or technical reasons. Planned outages are announced in advance where possible. For orders that cannot be completed during an outage, the Buyer’s rights are protected under the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

11. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for damages arising from changes publishers make on their own platforms, incorrect information entered by the Buyer or the Buyer sharing a code with third parties. The consumer’s statutory rights are reserved.

12. Changes and Governing Law

These terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page with date and version information. These terms are governed by Turkish law; Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over consumer disputes.
