3. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, surname, e-mail, phone and the hashed form of your password.
• Order and payment information: products purchased, amounts, payment method; for bank transfers, the sending account holder’s name, IBAN, bank name and description.
• Balance, withdrawal (IBAN) and Sell to Us transaction information.
• Identity verification and tax information for Marketplace Sellers.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, session records and cookies.
• Support correspondence and live support records.

4. How We Use Information

We use your information to deliver your orders, secure your account and payments, prevent fraud, answer your support requests, meet our legal obligations and — only if you consent — send you campaign information. We do not sell your information to third parties.

5. Payment Security

At launch, payments are taken only by bank transfer (havale/EFT/FAST) into our company’s own bank accounts; no card details are requested. If card payments are offered in the future, card details will be processed on the secure pages of PCI DSS-compliant licensed payment institutions and will not reach our servers. All communication between the Platform and your browser is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).

6. Sharing of Information

Your information is shared only as required by the service with payment institutions and banks, infrastructure and hosting providers, the live support provider (subject to your consent), the relevant seller in marketplace orders (limited to the information needed for delivery) and competent authorities upon legal request. Your information is kept while your account remains open and thereafter for the statutory retention periods; at the end of these periods it is deleted or anonymized.

The Platform is not directed at persons under 18. If we become aware that information of a person under 18 has been provided without parental or guardian permission, it is deleted.
