- Order date and number: shown in the order details in the Buyer’s account.
The information on the product page and payment page forms an integral part of this Agreement.
4. Conclusion of the Agreement
The Agreement is concluded when the Buyer confirms on the payment page that they have read the Pre-Information Form and this Agreement and completes the payment. For bank transfer payments, the order awaits payment for the time shown on the payment page (120 minutes unless stated otherwise); the Agreement takes effect when the payment reaches the Seller’s account and is matched to the order. If no payment arrives in time, the order is cancelled automatically and the Agreement does not take effect.
Bank transfer payments are accepted only from bank accounts in the Buyer’s own name; the sending account holder’s name must match the Buyer’s member name, the full amount shown on the payment page must be sent in a single transfer and the payment code must be written in the description field. Payments sent from third parties’ accounts are refused and returned to the sending account; payments whose amount or description does not match are, after review, either matched to the order or returned to the sending account.
For bank transfers (havale/EFT/FAST), the sending fees charged by the Buyer’s bank are borne by the Buyer; the amount shown on the payment page must reach the Seller’s account in full. For refunds to a bank account made at the Buyer’s request (e.g. a refund of an unused Balance top-up) and for the return of payments sent against the rules (from a third party’s account, for an expired or cancelled order, for a different amount or without the payment code) to the sending account, the bank fee for the refund transfer is passed on to the Buyer and deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount is sent. Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product is defective, or the order is cancelled or cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the Seller, the refund is made in full without any additional cost to the Buyer, as required by law.
5. Delivery
Instantly delivered digital products are delivered on the order details page in the Buyer’s account after payment approval. Manually delivered products are delivered within the time stated on the listing page and in any case within the statutory 30 days. Physical shipping applies only where a Marketplace Seller lists a physical product. Delivery rules are set out in the Delivery Terms.
Where an order must undergo a security review, the Seller may hold delivery until the review is completed and informs the Buyer.
6. Seller’s Obligations
- To deliver the product valid, unused and in accordance with the description at the time of the order.
- If supplying the product becomes impossible, to inform the Buyer within 3 days of learning this and to refund the full amount collected within 14 days at the latest.
- To process and protect the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the law.
7. Buyer’s Obligations
- To provide accurate and complete information when ordering and to enter the player ID, server and similar details correctly for in-game top-ups.
- To check the region, platform and terms of use on the product page.
- To keep delivered codes confidential and bear the consequences of sharing a code with third parties.
- To report any problem with the delivered product as soon as possible so it can be properly investigated.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
For contracts not covered by the exceptions, the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (e-pins, in-game currency, gift cards, CD keys, subscription codes, etc.) under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for services whose performance has begun with the Buyer’s approval before the withdrawal period expires under Article 15/1-h and, where applicable, for products whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets under Article 15/1-a.
With the approval on the payment page, the Buyer requests immediate delivery of the digital product and accepts that the right of withdrawal ends upon delivery. The Buyer may cancel orders that have not yet been delivered.
For products where the right of withdrawal applies, notice is given via the e-mail address info@oyununadresi.com, the phone number +90 536 584 2617 or the form on the Contact page and live support; the Seller makes the refund to the payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice.
9. Defective Products
If the delivered code is invalid, used or does not match the description, the Buyer may exercise the elective rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6502. The Seller investigates, together with the publisher if necessary; if a defect is found, the product is replaced or the price is refunded. Cases caused by the Buyer entering incorrect information or using/sharing the code are not defects.
10. Refund Procedure and Timelines
Refunds are made only to the method of payment: bank transfer payments to the bank account they were sent from, Balance payments to the Balance. No refunds are made to another account, in cash or from the Balance to a bank account. Bank refunds usually take 1-3 business days to appear depending on the bank. Details are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
For bank refunds made at the Buyer’s request and for the return of payments sent against the rules, the bank fee for the refund transfer is deducted from the refund; in cases of withdrawal, defective products and cancellation or non-delivery attributable to the Seller, the refund is made in full without additional cost.
11. Security Review and Order Cancellation
For orders suspected of being paid from the account of someone other than the Buyer or for fraudulent purposes, the Seller may request identity verification before delivery. If verification cannot be completed, the order is cancelled and the amount collected is refunded to the account it was paid from. The Seller’s legal rights in case of an unjustified payment dispute are reserved.
12. Personal Data
The Buyer’s personal data is processed for the conclusion and performance of the contract in accordance with the KVKK Information Notice and the Privacy Policy. In marketplace orders, the information required for delivery (e.g. in-game username) is shared with the relevant Marketplace Seller.
13. Dispute Resolution
This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Consumers may submit complaints and objections, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where they bought the goods or service or where they reside; for disputes above these limits, to the Consumer Court after the mediation process that is a precondition to filing a lawsuit under Law No. 6502. Applications can also be made through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) and e-Devlet.
For disputes with Members who are not consumers, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of İzmir have jurisdiction.
14. Entry into Force
The Buyer confirms having read and understood all terms of this Agreement and the Pre-Information Form and having approved them electronically during the order. The Agreement enters into force when the Buyer completes the payment; a copy is provided to the Buyer together with the order details on a durable medium.
