1. Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Oyunun Adresi (“Oyunun Adresi”) as data controller within the scope described below.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity: name, surname; for Marketplace Sellers and transactions requiring verification, Turkish ID number, date of birth and an image of the identity document.
• Contact: e-mail address, phone number and (if entered) province, district and address.
• Customer transaction: orders, cart, Balance movements, Sell to Us transactions, reviews and questions, support requests and live support conversations, in-game username/ID.
• Finance: payment transaction records; for bank transfers, the sending account holder’s name, IBAN, bank name, amount, description and transaction date; account details for refunds. Card details are not stored by us.
• Transaction security: IP address, session and login records, device/browser information, the hashed form of your password.
• Marketing: consent and preferences for commercial electronic messages (only if you give consent).
• Legal transactions: requests, complaints and correspondence with authorities.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Managing membership and securing the account.
• Concluding and performing distance sales contracts; delivering orders, handling cancellations and refunds.
• Providing the Balance, Marketplace, withdrawal and Sell to Us services; verifying sellers.
• Carrying out payments, matching bank transfers to orders by sender name and payment code, returning third-party payments, and preventing fraud and unauthorized transactions.
• Responding to support requests and complaints.
• Fulfilling legal obligations under tax, commercial, consumer and e-commerce law, Law No. 5651 and Law No. 5549; providing information to competent authorities.
• Sending campaign and promotional messages if you consent.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds under Article 5/2 KVKK: (a) expressly provided for by law, (c) directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, (ç) necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, (e) necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right and (f) our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Your explicit consent (Article 5/1 KVKK) is relied on for commercial electronic messages and functional cookies (live support); you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, through the membership, order, Balance, seller application and contact forms on the Platform, live support, cookies and similar technologies, and transaction results received from payment institutions.

6. Transfers

• Within Türkiye: banks and, where used, licensed payment institutions for payments and refunds; business partners providing accounting, e-invoicing and legal services; competent public authorities and courts upon request; and, in marketplace orders, the relevant Marketplace Seller, limited to the information needed for delivery.
• Abroad: to the servers of the Platform’s hosting and infrastructure provider (Vercel Inc.) and, depending on your cookie preference, the live support provider (Crisp). These transfers are based on the appropriate safeguards (standard contract) under Article 9 KVKK or, where relevant, on your explicit consent.

7. Retention Periods

Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and the relevant legislation provides; for example 10 years for commercial books and documents (Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Tax Procedure Law No. 213), at least 3 years for distance contract records and, for traffic data under Law No. 5651, the period set by that legislation. At the end of these periods the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 KVKK you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK,
• request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems,
• claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing.

9. How to Apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to ORG.NAFİZ GÜRMAN MAH. 7119 SK. NO: 41 İÇ KAPI NO: 2 BAYRAKLI / İZMİR, to the KEP address halil.demirci.35@hs01.kep.tr, from the e-mail address registered in our system to info@oyununadresi.com or through the form on the Contact page while signed in to your account. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process involves an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
