  • Sell to Us: the service that lets a Member sell in-game assets or digital products they own to the Service Provider.

3. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement sets out the conditions under which the Member uses the Platform, the account, the Balance, Marketplace and Sell to Us services, and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

Each purchase made through the Platform is additionally subject to the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement. The Terms of Use, Delivery Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, KVKK Information Notice and Cookie Policy form an integral part of this Agreement.

4. Membership Conditions

  • Membership is open to natural persons aged 18 or over with full legal capacity. Persons under 18 may use the Platform only with the permission and under the supervision of their parent or guardian, who is then responsible for the transactions.
  • The Member confirms that the name, surname, e-mail, phone and other information provided during and after registration is accurate, up to date and their own.
  • Each natural person may open only one account. The account is personal and may not be transferred, rented or sold.
  • The Service Provider may reject a membership application, stating the reason, or request additional verification.

5. Account Security

The Member is responsible for keeping the account password and access credentials confidential. The Service Provider is not liable for damages arising from the password being shared with third parties or compromised through the Member’s fault.

If the Member notices unauthorized use of the account, they must change the password immediately and report it via the e-mail address info@oyununadresi.com, the phone number +90 536 584 2617 or the form on the Contact page and live support.

To protect account security, the Service Provider may require additional verification for suspicious logins or temporarily restrict the account.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

  • The Member agrees to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law, this Agreement and the Terms of Use.
  • The Member accepts that purchased Digital Products are subject to the terms of the relevant publisher or brand owner (region, platform, account restrictions, etc.).
  • The Service Provider undertakes to operate the Platform with reasonable care, to display product descriptions and prices accurately and to protect the Member’s personal data in accordance with the law.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to change the Platform’s content, design and services, subject to prior announcement.

7. Balance (Wallet)

  • The Member may top up the Balance with the payment methods offered on the Platform; at launch the Balance can only be topped up by bank transfer (havale/EFT/FAST) to the Service Provider’s own bank account shown on the payment page, and the bank-transfer rules of the Distance Sales Agreement (sending from an account in the Member’s own name, writing the payment code in the description, the payment window) also apply to top-ups.
  • The sending fees charged by the Member’s bank for Balance top-ups by bank transfer (havale/EFT/FAST) are borne by the Member. When an unused top-up amount is refunded, the bank fee for the refund transfer is passed on to the Member and deducted from the refund, and the remaining amount is sent.
  • The Balance is on-site store credit: it can be used only for purchases on the Platform; it bears no interest, cannot be transferred to another Member, cannot be converted into cash and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
  • Any unspent top-up amount is refunded, following the procedure in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, only to the bank account in the Member’s name from which the top-up was sent, if requested within 7 days of the top-up. After this period the Balance can be used on the Platform without time limit; statutory rights are reserved.
  • Balance granted under campaigns, gifts or promotions is not refundable and is subject to the campaign terms.
  • A Marketplace Seller’s earnings are credited to their Balance after delivery is completed. Transferring earnings to a Turkish bank account (IBAN) registered in the Member’s own name depends on this service being separately announced and opened on the Platform; until then no withdrawal requests are accepted and earnings can be used as Balance on the Platform.
  • Under Law No. 5549 on the Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds of Crime and related legislation, and to prevent fraud, the Service Provider may request identity verification and may hold Balance use or withdrawal requests during the review of suspicious transactions.

8. Marketplace and Marketplace Sellers

For listings published by Marketplace Sellers, Oyunun Adresi acts as an intermediary service provider under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. In these listings the seller is the Marketplace Seller who published the listing, and the seller’s details are shown on the product page and in the order details.

  • A Member who wishes to become a Marketplace Seller must verify their identity, contact and bank account details and, if they carry on a commercial activity, provide their tax details.
  • The Marketplace Seller undertakes that the products in their listings were lawfully obtained, that descriptions are accurate and that the product will be delivered within the time stated on the listing page.
  • The order amount is held securely on the Platform until delivery is completed and is then credited to the Marketplace Seller’s Balance, less the service fee shown in the Seller panel.
  • The Service Provider may remove listings reported or found to be unlawful, suspend the related account and inform the competent authorities where necessary.

9. Sell to Us Service

Through the Sell to Us service, the Member may offer to sell to the Service Provider in-game assets or digital products that they own and are authorized to sell. The applicable price is the price valid when the transaction is completed.

After receiving and verifying the product, the Service Provider pays the amount to the Member’s Balance or to a bank account registered in the Member’s name. Transactions involving products suspected of being obtained unlawfully may be refused and reported to the competent authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform’s design, software, texts and the “Oyunun Adresi” brand belong to the Service Provider and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. Game and product names, logos and images on the Platform belong to their respective owners; unless stated otherwise, Oyunun Adresi is not an authorized representative of these publishers.

11. Personal Data and Commercial Electronic Messages

The Member’s personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data as described in the KVKK Information Notice and the Privacy Policy.

Commercial electronic messages for campaigns and promotions are sent only with the Member’s separate, optional consent, which is registered in the Message Management System (İYS). The Member may withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason via the opt-out link in the message, İYS or the e-mail address info@oyununadresi.com, the phone number +90 536 584 2617 or the form on the Contact page and live support. Order, security and account notifications are not commercial messages.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider cannot be held liable for delays caused by force majeure, outages of the internet infrastructure or payment institutions, problems with the Member’s own device or connection, or disruptions in the services of the publisher providing the product. This clause does not limit the consumer’s rights under Law No. 6502 or the Service Provider’s liability for intent or gross negligence.

13. Amendments

The Service Provider may update this Agreement due to changes in legislation or services. The current text is published on the Platform with version and date information; material changes to the Member’s detriment are announced by e-mail or Platform notification before they take effect. A Member who does not accept a change may terminate the membership.

14. Suspension and Termination

  • The Member may terminate this Agreement at any time by requesting closure of the account. The account is closed after open orders and pending transactions are completed.
  • The Service Provider may temporarily suspend the account or terminate this Agreement in case of breach of this Agreement or the Terms of Use, suspected fraud, use of false information or a request by a competent authority.
  • On termination, any Balance that is refundable under the law and the Cancellation and Refund Policy is refunded to the Member after offsetting any amounts owed to the Platform.

15. Evidence Agreement

The parties agree that the Service Provider’s electronic, server and transaction records constitute evidence in disputes arising from this Agreement pursuant to Article 193 of Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. This clause does not remove the Member’s right to prove otherwise by any means or their rights under consumer legislation.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This document is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Consumers may submit complaints and objections, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where they bought the goods or service or where they reside; for disputes above these limits, to the Consumer Court after the mediation process that is a precondition to filing a lawsuit under Law No. 6502. Applications can also be made through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) and e-Devlet.

17. Entry into Force

This Agreement, consisting of seventeen articles, enters into force when the Member approves it electronically during registration and remains valid for as long as the membership continues. The Member can access the current text at any time on the Platform’s Legal Agreements page.
